My Story
I am a Business Transformation leader passionate about helping organizations and leaders build systems that scale — and cultures that last.
For over a decade, I have worked across complex, regulated environments, leading enterprise transformation initiatives that improve how organizations operate, make decisions, manage risk, and grow sustainably. My work sits at the intersection of operating model design, automation, change leadership, and people development.
Alongside my corporate career, I am developing a leadership journey informed by lived experience — from leading enterprise transformation to supporting emerging leaders through their first people-management challenges. This journey underpins the First Time Manager Toolkit, the first expression of a broader framework designed to help managers grow into confident, capable leaders who can sustain performance and culture as organizations scale.
I also founded Wealah International, an Afrocentric children’s brand rooted in culture and joy, reinforcing my commitment to purpose-driven leadership and generational impact.
Whether in the boardroom, with leadership teams, or through leadership development platforms, my focus remains the same: building clarity, capability, and sustainable performance.
